Human Resources leads Clear Creek County's management of its human capital. This includes providing expert administration of benefits, employee record keeping, compensation, employee relations, risk management and safety (such as workers’ compensation), recruiting, and performance management. Casualty and Property claims information is collected via the CAPP Insurance Liaison, Jessica Garcia, and sent to our insurance provider, County Technical Services, Inc.
