Explicit in that fact is the perspective that the Public Trustee and her professional staff are dedicated to serving the public interest, especially homeowners facing foreclosure. While we cannot give legal advice, real estate advice, or financial advice, we can and do insure the fair treatment, under law, of homeowners facing the considerable pressures and demands of a foreclosure.

Other Participants in the Foreclosure Process: Lenders, attorneys representing lenders, and persons interested in bidding at scheduled foreclosure sales are the other participants in the Colorado foreclosure process.
