Baby and Me Tobacco Free: Helps pregnant women stay tobacco free through a unique incentive program.
Women, Infant and Children’s Program (WIC): A food and nutrition program
Nurse-Family Partnership Program (NFP): Summit County Public Health is the fiscal agent and program coordinator for this program which is committed to lasting improvements in the health and well-being of low-income, first-time parents and their children. Children with Special Health Care Needs (HCP) A Registered Nurse (RN) provides care coordination and resources to families who have children with special needs.
