Health and Human Services provides multiple services to all age groups from prenatal to senior citizens. The department's focus is primarily on vulnerable and "at risk" clients, such as low-income families, children in need of protection, the aged, and the disabled.
The Child Welfare Unit is housed in the Clear Creek County Courthouse in Georgetown and is comprised of a dedicated team of caseworkers and a caseworker supervisor. The areas covered by this staff are: Child Protection and Youth in Conflict. Some of the services offered by this unit are:

Health and Human Services also helps finance services for families, including therapy, drug and alcohol evaluations, psychological evaluations, and parenting classes. Also offered:
