The Finance Department is responsible for the coordination, preparation, and monitoring of the county’s annual budget; bookkeeping, accounting, and financial statements for all the county’s funds; and regular invoice and payroll activities.

Clear Creek County Vendor Information
Typically, checks are released Tuesday of each week after the Finance Director or County Manager approves bill paying for the week. For specific questions regarding an outstanding bill, please call the Finance Office at 303-679-2358
If you are a vendor of Clear Creek County and do not have a W-9 on file, please complete a W-9 form and email to accounts payable at apinvoice@clearcreekcounty.us.
