Bonds

We accept bonds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. We only accept cash, credit card and or surety bonds. We do not allow property bonds. A surety bond is done through a bondsman and you should contact them first, prior to coming to the jail.

Cash bonds are the full amount of the bond as set by the court, plus a ten-dollar bonding fee. Inmates are also charged a $30 processing fee that must be paid prior to release. In other words, add $40 to the amount of the bond.

Credit Card bonds are the full amount of the bond as set by the court, plus a ten-dollar bonding fee. Inmates are also charged a $30 processing fee that must be paid prior to release. The Jpay Kiosk located in the Sheriff’s Office Lobby can only accept credit card bond deposits up to $999.00.  If the inmates bond is higher than $999.00, you will need to make up the difference with cash, or, call 1-(877) 392-2455, or go online to www.govpaynow.com to make up the difference, or pay the full amount.  Jpay Pay Location Code (PLC) # = A003OL.

In Person
Cash and credit card bonds can be accepted in person at the facility. We will accept cash, certified checks, cashier’s checks and money orders. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover) bonds of up to $999.00 may be deposited into the Jpay Kiosk located in the Sheriff's Office Lobby.  If the inmates bond is higher than $999.00, you will need to make up the difference with cash, or call 1-(877) 392-2455, or go online to www.govpaynow.com to make up the difference, or pay the full amount.  No personal checks will be accepted.
 

Online / Phone
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) bonds can be deposited into an inmate's account via the Phone, by calling 1-(877) 392-2455, or via the Internet, by going to www.govpaynow.com.  Jpay Pay Location Code (PLC) # = A003OL. After successful completion of your online transaction, funds are made available to the inmate.
